Amen to that. It was a long, cold week in Dayton and I am looking forward to relaxation and getting caught up on sleep.

Speaking of weekends. Did anyone see The Office from a couple weeks ago when Jim convinces Dwight that it was Friday when it was actually Thursday? Something as simple as that was just executed brillantly and it really hit home with me since it's a gag I have done successfully with my sister.

As I've watched a lot of my Simpsons DVDs recently, time for an update of funn quotes. From "Bart Gets Famous"(great overall episode), the ending is absolutely awesome. Bart gets famous for his catch phrase "I didn't do it" and becomes a fixture on the Krusty Show. He repeats it over and over again until it finally wears out its welcome. The show ends like this:

Lisa: And now you can go back to just being you, instead of a one-dimensional character with a silly catch-phrase.
    Homer: (breaking a lamp) D'oh!
    Bart: Ay, carumba!
    Marge: (groans)
    Maggie: (sucks her pacifier)
    Flanders: Hi-dilly-ho!
    Barney: (belches)
    Nelson: Ha, ha!
    Burns: Excellent!
    (long pause)
Lisa: If anyone wants me, I'll be in my room.

Homer also adds after that: "What kind of a catch phrase is that?"

    Pure classic.

Other good lines from that episode include:

Bart: **** TV, you've ruined my imagination, just like you've ruined my ability to... uh...

Tour guide: That's just a TV studio where they film Krusty the Clown and other non-box-related programs

Lisa: If I ever become famous, I want it to be for something worthwhile, not because of some obnoxious fad.
    Bart: Obnoxious fad?
Homer: Aw, don't worry, son. You know, they said the same thing about Urkel -- that little snot boy! I'd like to smash that kid!
The Simpson family gathers around, as Homer places Bart's passed test on the fridge.)

Homer: We're proud of you, boy.

Bart: Thanks, Dad. But part of this D-minus belongs to God.

    Season 5 is so great.

Anyway after searching, I found the realistic sketch of the boys from this week's episode of South Park. I laughed so hard when they showed this:

It sure is. I can't wait for 6/7 here for Christmas, which include Mr. Burns Gets Shot and others. I think the "X-Files" one is on Season 7.

    And LOL at that drawing.

I'm not so sure. She's pretty much an all-knowing individual who opines on a variety of issues.

Well, I'll post them here, you're free to answer them.

1.) If you had to move the Padres to a city on the East Coast, which city would you move them to and why?

2.) Who is your all-time favorite bassist? Guitarist? Drummer? Singer?

3.) If y-k=a(x-h)^2, what is the vertex of the parabola?
