    Looks like DD just bought himself a new toy!

    Looks like I get a toy that someone growing up in the 80's can truly appreciate.

    I am arranging the finalaties of the deal now, shipping, etc. But hopefully in about 2 weeks I will be able to upload picks of me with my.....

    Well... news update on this

    This is an eBay vehicle.... listed on there and all (how I found it).... but it may end up being a scam... the "official e-mail" from eBay that was sent across to finalize the transaction was from a spoofed address, stating payment options that eBay never advises. I'm looking into this being a fraud case and working with eBay on it.

    Too bad..... would have been a nice deal too.... I'll probably have to wait a bit longer for the Delorean I have always wanted....

    E-Bay removed it and went after the fraud on it.....

    The original seller had his acct hijacked... and then this guy dealing with it.... the fraud was quite evident once I received the "invoioce"...

    too bad though.....

    It ain't just about the performance..... Hell I'd like a Shelby Cobra, but I don't have 1/2 a mil to spend...

    The DeLorean, for my generation, has a lot of nostalgia.. Back to the Future, 80's decadence, the rarity of only 8600 ever being made, etc.... I could go performance, I could go many directions.... but for some reason, the DeLorean calls to me
