    What got you to stick around?

    When you first came to the forums, what was it that made you stick around. If you can remember, it would be nice to share what caught your eye. Maybe we could use this to get an idea of improving certain areas.

    So what part of the forums caught your attention right away and made your decision to register with us. Please everyone share.

    I stumbled onto the MLB Forum a few years ago, and landed right in the middle of a fight between nyjunc and Steak, lots of namecalling and I thought it was very exciting. So I stuck around.

    Came here cause of S3SL and just slowly branched out from the sim.
    Almost never went back to the nfl forums, bengal fans were that ignorant. But now, being a mod, life's peachy over yonder.

    I googled "MLB forum". The other "MLB Forum" is filled with a bunch of whiney, knee-jerk, b!tch-and-moan, cry babies. My first day here I got into a debate about the Yankees and parity. I was hooked after that.

    I'd apply to be a mod here, but I don't think I put in the time needed.

    Kobe got me here too, actually he got me to the old board and I carried over here. At the time I was searching for a place to read and talk baseball and other silly stuff. I was sick and tired of the constant attacks at the MLB.com boards and a few other boards. This seemed like a friendly, knowledgable place to hang out. It has had its moments with a few obnoxious posters but mostly s'all good around here. Just wish we had more team representation......

    hmm this is a really good question

    What made me stick around, was there are alot of active members. Everyone is very nice. And everything from sports to news etc... is going on here. So far I have enjoyed my stay.
