    Rays Matsui to debut tonight

    Hideki Matsui is batting sixth and playing left field Tuesday in his debut with the Rays.
    Matsui is expected to serve primarily as a part-time DH in Tampa Bay, but the Rays wanted to throw him into the fire right away on Tuesday night. He was batting just .170 (8-for-47) before his promotion from Triple-A Durham
    Doesn't really seem like he found any sort of rhythm so I am not expecting much for a while if ever.

    Matsui went 1-4 with a 2-R HR and that's why the Rays know what they're doing
