Farnsworth out 4-6 weeks

Kyle Farnsworth (elbow) is expected to be sidelined 4-6 weeks.
It's a little longer than we were anticipating, but it could be worse. Rays manager Joe Maddon said he'll use a committee at closer until Farnsworth returns, unless someone steps up. Joel Peralta would be the best guess to claim the job outright, but Fernando Rodney and J.P. Howell are among the other possibilities.

It's an elbow strain as of now so hopefully for him that's all it is. I think Peralta can handle the job but the Rays have enough arms to figure it out. One of the many benefits of being pitcher-rich.
