    Rays Jason Bartlett ~ SS [R]

    Last spring, Jason Bartlett and Akinori Iwamura spent plenty of time on the back fields at the Naimoli Complex in St. Petersburg getting acquainted.

    The Rays acquired Bartlett, a shortstop, in an off-season trade with Minnesota. Tampa Bay planned to move Iwamura from third base to second to make room for Evan Longoria.
