With Miceli at closer and struggling (like everyone) against Balmah, they could have used Colome's arm...but he may be hurt...

BALTIMORE -- Devil Rays right-hander Jesus Colome had to leave Wednesday night's game against the Orioles with tightness in his right shoulder after four pitches.
After relieving Rays starter Seth McClung with two on and no outs in the bottom of the fourth, Colome retired Miguel Tejada on a fly ball to right field before leaving the game after throwing his fourth pitch -- his second to Jay Gibbons -- and was replaced by Brian Meadows.
