What are the chances that Cody Overlock even reaches his talent by 27?
5%? 10%? I like the celling, but hes 24 in this league is like drafting Greg Oden.

Hug it out, bitches.
Marshall: MILSWANCAs?

So Far, This has certainly been my easiest year to make the playoffs. 22.5 game lead, I guess its time to coast. C. Mooreman greatest backup ever continues his rampage. 318-18-44-7, 1.138 OPS, not bad for 148 total At Bats.
Same old same old, hot/cold sims have the Padres hanging around 500 with no real chance at competing for the division or even the wildcard. What a shame since my offense has had their best year in my reign, now with the 2nd best batting average and 4th most runs in the league. The pitching did improve this sim though. Hopefully there are still some individual awards to be won, Bemudez continues to crush the ball and leads MLB in HR and 2nd in RBI, and my rookie catcher is having a ROY season batting .382.
34-35 on 6/16
I believe our veterans for veterans deal worked out nicely. Bemudez and Orsini are 2 and 3 in OPS and Takuma is 8-4
This is the worst team I have ever had in any OOTP league. Good thing the future looks bright, though.
I was hoping Jason Martin would step up with the injury to Barrientes, but that wasn't the case. He'll be spending the rest of the season in AAA. Hopefully his power and discipline will develop by next season.
League Team Record Wild Card Division Pennants Titles MSL Kansas City Royals (NYY/TB) 3611-3517 1 14 8 7 TBL Cleveland Indians 1084-698 2 5 2 1 HSL Chicago Cubs 2071-1764 1 9 4 1
Yep, no complaints from my side. Orsini is back to beast status this year (as he should with those ratings). I can't believe Takuma has such a low ERA, I wonder if the low BABIP is just luck or because of the defense/park changes? Has he had any talent improvements? I'm glad those guys put you in a position to win, I don't think they would have made any difference to me. Grier blew out his ACL though, he was having a nice season until then.
If anything I would have expected him to suck more going from petco to pnc. I chalk it up to luck, but I will take it.
I would look into those OOTP exorcisms.
My starting 2B and SS have a combined 1 error. That's special.

Fight a brewin' in the NL. 3 team race for the central, 5 team race for wild card. Meanwhile Colorado sits back and channel surfs through porn.

The Hall of Fame is already waiting for this great player.
127 of which with Baltimore in 5 1/2 seasons.. 11 more til the all time lead on the leaderboard... still possible this year
Batting AVG: .293 (4th)
Homeruns: 134 (3rd)
Walks: 275 (22nd)
Stolen Bases: 52 (23rd)
Runs Scored: 508 (9th)
Pitching ERA: 4.75 (12th)
Opponents AVG: .270 (14th)
HRs Allowed: 95 (T-16th)
Walks Allowed: 210 (2nd)
Runs Allowed: 430 (13th)
Offense and pitching continually improving... but still 4 games out in the WC behind either Minny or KC... not good
Cooney is knocking the STUFFING out of the ball... one of the best trades I ever made...
Treadwell is finally coming on... but Tollefson and Eckard are stinking up the joint in the 3rd and 4th spots in the rotation... but I have no other options.. my AAA ace is not ready
Carlos Losoya is having his best year... finally a season where he is living up to ratings
Adrian Asuncion finally doing well has a 25 year old full time outfielder, but Eric Duran may battle for more playing time as his contact keeps climbing
