Apparently, SP Speth lost some talent during the playoffs because he's now 9,7,8 and there's nothing about it in the player development from the off-season. At least he's over 30 unlike all of the other pitchers that have lost talent for the Cu-hubs. It appears C Depaz lost contact, too.

Yes the signing bonus money comes from cash. You will have to be there live or have someone pick from you or OOTP will screw you over. FA Cash goes into your budget, but not from cash.

Average pitching would be an improvement for my team. yeah im still rebuilding but I only have 3-4ish capable pitchers in the organization period.

I could definately use another pitcher. Take a look at my team and let me know if there's anybody you like. You can be generous to me because of Barboza's playoff heroics. They didn't show up on the box scores, but his antics and general pleasant demeanor kept the team loose and basically won the WS.
