High contact/OBP guy; career .290 hitter with twice as many walks as strikeouts; poor range and mediocre fielding; no power

Ronald Krull:
Not a 3B, but learned to play 2B last season; great ratings across the board; move would allow Nilles to play 2B (better defensive 2B than 3B, or start Leonard)

Kenneth Leonard:
Not a 3B; small 1-year contract so low risk high reward; solid career on neglected and awful team; no speed

Carl Ybanez:
The future 3B with great offensive potential; power has not developed yet; no range

Grier/Nilles Platoon:
Grier has good RH ratings, Nilles good LH ratings; Grier solid defender; Grier can't hit lefties but Nilles can hit righties
