This ought to be an interesting start to the season.. All the power and offense I need.. 2 good starting pitchers... one starting pitcher who should be a viable #3 but is coming off a horrid year... and 2 incredibly risky pitchers at the 4 and 5 spots in the rotation.... top 5 in offense and bottom 5 in pitching??

Randy Jacob, 9 power and a solid bet for 25 homers, has yet to hit one in 110 AB's. And Clink has been a blackhole of suck at leadoff. Some 1-2 punch I got there.

12-1 sim for Minnesota. I need Dexter to take that next step... He's 3-3 with a 4.8 ERA. Only disappointment in the rotation thus far. May look for an opportunity to bump him down and give him a couple extra days somewhere.

Other than that. My offense still hates the HR but can get it done every other way.

8-6 sim, Pitching dramatically improved this sim. The offense is still struggling. The odd thing is Valerio Mendez leads the NL in wins with 5 and has an ERA near 6. Thomas Buteau has a 3.99 ERA and only has won once.
