I should figure out how to manually add them, both are easily some of the greats of this league.

We have the technology, we will rebuild San Diego.

We won't be a dominant team, but we're going to be competetive and surprise some people. Lots of free agents and the franchise is going to do a major purge of replacement level players.

That didn't take long. Uppercut loses talent before even pitching in a game for me

This ought to be an interesting start to the season.. All the power and offense I need.. 2 good starting pitchers... one starting pitcher who should be a viable #3 but is coming off a horrid year... and 2 incredibly risky pitchers at the 4 and 5 spots in the rotation.... top 5 in offense and bottom 5 in pitching??

It's only a matter of time before he loses from the other categories and is a sweet 4,6,8 SP or something. Oh well. I knew the risk and with so few SPs that liked my organization, what was I going to do?

Strong first sim for the Fish, 10-4 to kick off the season.

Albert Sanchez, his first season at SS due to Azevedo retiring, started off with a bang to the tune of 7 homeruns. Wicks, at 37, still has life and is contributing to the heart of the order. Hetrick is awesome as usual and Michael Potts is already making a strong case for RoY with a 3-0 start and 22 punchouts in 21 innings pitched.

5-9 start? I thought the new GM was going to make moves to better this team. We were dooped. He better answer for this woe of a franchise. Something must be done!

Considering my offense cant score runs and my pitching staff has had the weirdest start.

    Pitching ERA: 4.90 (19th)
    Opponents AVG: .251 (8th)
    HRs Allowed: 11 (7th)
    Walks Allowed: 35 (T-7th)
    Runs Allowed: 74 (19th)

Oh wait that right, I dont have a defense. Ill take 7-7 and a game back of 1st anyday with that start.

Too early to say anything about Philly. Actually with 3 very good teams in the NL Central, I'd be happy with an increase in fan loyalty and revenue.

PIT, STL, and who? My Cubs? We had 1 good sim. I would say it's way too early to label us a even good, never mind very good.

    Batting AVG: .298 (3rd)
    Homeruns: 21 (4th)
    Walks: 50 (T-15th)
    Stolen Bases: 22 (6th)
    Runs Scored: 93 (5th)

    Pitching ERA: 3.99 (8th)
    Opponents AVG: .276 (23rd)
    HRs Allowed: 17 (18th)
    Walks Allowed: 48 (T-14th)
    Runs Allowed: 55 (T-3rd)

The pitching performed better than I thought they would. Well, the offense did, too. Of the 2, I'm not as surprised about the offense though. If the pitching stays in the upper half of runs allowed, then I think we may have something. The defense is certainly helping them out.

Of course Olivo is off to a hot start. If he won't talk like last year, I'll have to stash him in AAA for a sim or two.
