In other words, you let the team rot and tank Dam.
Marshall: MILSWANCAs?
Ted: Wait, I can get this. Mothers I'd like to sleep with and never call again.
Barney: Circle gets the square!
The 2074 MSL NL Gold Glove Recipient at Third Base.
I did bring up Ryoko, Goolsby, Letendre, and Freierbend this year, and plan to bring up a bunch of prospects next year. I'm not going to ruin my prospects or my future by trying to win 60 games now.Originally Posted by Kingdom_of_Zito

I probably could have tanked the season, but its just not fun for me. I like trying to compete, eventhough I'm still far from it.

I could have tanked, but I'm not a pussy. I turned my team over and am already back to 90 wins. Next year, we see Roland Michel tear it up.
At least I didn't finish in last place...
My team tanked after the ASB until this season. So to have the 22nd pick is refreshing.

my team tanks every season. its just a fact of life... we just happen to win 94 games at the same time as tanking. its a wonderful thing, indeed.
You won 96 games actually. hehe.

indeed my friend... but i won 94 last year, and i always felt i tanked much worse last year. i thought last years team was better than this years.
Well, the fact from going from 1st to 4th and win 79-80 games is a little worse. The fact they finally put it together and won 94 games and got in the playoffs is good. Now I have the challenge of winning with no postseason pitching innings from anyone one on the staff.

Which is why I went out and Added Fischer, Bevis, and Moseley I wanted to avoid that scenario.Originally Posted by Porter99
