I'm sure TLR came in his pants when the Rangers released him and he is cumming even more now that he has his typical lefty to come in and throw 5 pitches to one batter. I do think Rhodes will do much better in STL with Dave Duncan's help but when he will only have to face a batter, it will be hard to see that.Cardinals signed LHP Arthur Rhodes.
Rhodes was released by the Rangers a few days ago after opening the season with a 4.81 ERA and 1.48 WHIP over his first 32 relief appearances. He's still an effective option against left-handed hitters and should do fine if used correctly by Cardinals manager Tony La Russa. The 41-year-old will join up with the Redbirds on Friday.
