Sorry but the Cards do have the best fans in all of baseball and most every baseball writer agree. Even Peter Gammons says St. Louis have the best fans and he covered the Red Sox for years. I just got back from seeing the Cubs/Cards game Saturday and it was awesome! The fans are great and you could tell who the real Cubs fans were as they were drunk as hell. I too was drunk but not falling down drunk and screaming. Cubs have owned the Cards the past couple of seasons and do have the better all-time record. And when the Cubs fans were screaming and yelling, Cards fans kindly reminded them of 1908 and 100 years of failure. I got to see Pujols go deep, a great catch from Ludwick, Fukudome was awesome and sadly the Cards got their asses kicked. I was there last year at this time when Josh Hancock died. The entire city was pretty silent compared to the day before as fans all mourned his death.
