Great, but our fans and team were benefitted more by making the world series 4 times when the A's made it four. Maybe you guys could have made it a forth time if you hadn't finished off the 70's (63-98) (69-93) and (54-108)......I sure bet the fans were flocking to the park then weren't they
Exactly. That was a World Series that showed why LaRussa will always be remembered as a great manager who cant win the big ones, he got lucky that one yearat least the Braves usually stole one or two LOL.
