Rich Harden's still in baseball? Damn...
I did a lot of good things as a sim league GM.
Ah, give me something clever to say here.
For the A's sake, as they have been winning despite all the injuries and that's improbable to last all season, I am hoping all season but I doubt it. I know there was some loose grumblings about moving him to the closer role, but that didn't seem very credible to me. Is there anything to report with that?

yea, he'll be coming out of the pen to build up strength and to help offset the losses of Duchscherer and Street. He won't be closing though. Embree has done well. I think he's only blown 1 save and I know his ERA is 2 point something. Hopefully, he stays healthy.
DK, how about your homeboy Loaiza? He's been hurt twice this year and last year. Outside of 1 month last season, he has sucked completely. At least Harden pitches well when he's been in there. I think he'll be alright the rest of the year, but we'll see.
I'll go a month-ish
Marshall: MILSWANCAs?
Ted: Wait, I can get this. Mothers I'd like to sleep with and never call again.
Barney: Circle gets the square!
The 2074 MSL NL Gold Glove Recipient at Third Base.
I think he will make it back to the D.L. before the season is over. In the next 6 weeks.
I really hope he doesn't go back on the DL. The way that the A's starters have been going, and the way the bullpen's been performing, they could really use him.
Hey HCG, I am so so so glad you decided to come over here.
So am I. Ty for inviting me.
On topic, I really really want Harden to come back and be of help to this A's team. This upcoming series in Cleveland doens't look too easy, and his presence could really benefit the team.
Harden is supposed to pitch 2 innings of relief tomorrow in Cleveland.
It'll be interesting to see how he fairs against that lineup. The Tribe is a pretty free-swinging club. Hopefully the A's will have the lead before he enters the game in case anything goes wrong...
I saw you both in chat, but welcome officially and I hope you enjoy your time here.

Then out of fairness to the others you will be Slagathor.
Thank You Fishercat
As for Harden I think he will be productive for the remainder of the year, but he is so fragile the A's really have to be safe with him. He could easily be the #3 pitcher in that great rotation of the A's and benefit them well.
