I saw the announcement last night when I got home from work. Harold Reynolds had some nice things to say. May he RIP.
Bummer dude. I never heard him broadcast but saw him plenty in interviews and his passion for the 1995 season was uncanny. Big loss and I hope Harold Reynolds isn't his replacement
Harold Reynolds on MLB Channel when reporting this seemed quite shook up. I myself heard him broadcast, but from what is coming out about the man he was not only a great broadcaster, but also a great family man. R.I.P.
Hes covered all but 104 games in the Mariners HISTORY. Buhner, Reynolds and Jr are all shook up about him.
As one who lives in the Midwest, I didn't get much of a chance to listen to him broadcast games, but I have heard many interviews with him. He was a great ambassador for the game and helped build the Mariners' fan-base. His knowledge and love for the game was unequaled. He will be missed by all fans of the game.
Rest in peace, Dave. You were a great one.

I see Ken Levine has re-joined the Mariners and will partner with Rick Rizz as your new play-by-play team. Ken was previously a co-host of the Dodgers radio postgame show. I appreciated his snarkiness, if not the way he and his co-host acted as the Dodgers' PR machine in downplaying the divorce drama.
