Rotation approaching dubious feat | Mariners.com: News

MINNEAPOLIS -- A starting rotation that looked so good on paper six months ago that it was regarded as potentially one of the best in the big leagues this season is knocking on the door to franchise history.

But instead of each of the five starters being double-digit winners, which all of them were last season, the Mariners could very well end the 2008 season without one. The only other time that happened was in 1981, when left-hander Floyd Bannister led the staff with a 9-9 record.

Even with all the horrible and miserable pitching Ive seen in my life time. The last time a Mariners rotation did that badly was when I was Kate's age. Can I call my identical twin to come pitch for them?
