Jamie Moyer (NR) vs Brad Radke (NR)
This is an intriguing matchup considering every time Moyer pitches against the Twins its against Radke.

Circular logic aside, Mr Mims, you have yet to provide a single credible reason why you are, in fact, hot.
Porter: What's your take on the Mariners pitching? I read that it's been an issue this spring. Anything I need to know about the M's for this series? Thanks.
Keep on eye on Moyer? Hes had a solid spring and that usually leads to a solid season. Last season his spring was flat out horrible and it showed all season. The Starting Pitching should be better with Madtrisch/Pineiro/Meche/Moyer if they stay consistent and/or HEALTHY. Franklin won his spot in the rotation and intrestingly had one of the worst run support in baseball last season. If he begins to struggle expect Aaron Sele or Ron Villone to take over. The bullpen is a huge question mark for me. Lots and lots of umprovens in Thorton, Putz, etc. Expect more offense than normal from these 2 this series.
I'll probably stop by to give my insight after the Pirates game.
Should be an decent matchup, seing Beltre in a colour other than blue will be intresting...

Dave Barnett, Eric Karros and Mark McLemore are doing the Game for ESPN...hmmm.
Edgar throwing out the first pitch is almost surreal. I can't believe he's not playing anymore...*wipes tear from eye*
J Mauer grounded out to second.
J Bartlett flied out to right.
S Stewart struck out looking.
The new look Mariners offense is about to come up to bat, the Ich-Reed-Beltre lineup at the top of the order has me giddy.
Wow. That ball was uhh, hit very hard.
Welcome to Seattle Richie Sexson! 3 run shot.
3-0 M's.
Damn, Lew Ford had a 1400 SAT and he's playing baseball every day for a playoff team. Talk about hogging all the talent.
(Too bad he struck out this time.)
Still early. I hope radke settles down. We will score runs on Moyer. Sexson will have a huge year in the AL. Damn I hope we shut you guys down the rest of the game.

Go Twins
Moyer is cruising. He hit Jones to allow his first baserunner of the day, but he quickly struck out Lew Ford to end the inning. Jamie is throwing a lot of balls though today, his pitch count is already up near 40 after 2 innings, which means we'll probably have to see the bullpen kind of early unfortunately.
Winn, Olivo, and Valdez go down in order. The bottom of the order is going to be shaky this year unless Olivo gets consistent at the plate. Valdez won't be on the team for very long, but Reese won't offer much more with the bat.
