I think the M's have a shot to winning the divison, as i wait for DK's response for why he probably will say no.

The rotation doesn't impress me, neither does the non-Soriano bullpen.
But hey, who knows, stranger things have happened.

Anyways, I am predicting an M's win tonight. I'm big on Felix, like everyone else, naturally. Wonder how long they'll let him pitch? Any pitch count?
Same as all the other pitchers, they'll let him get up around 100, but that is pretty much it.
Sucks that I'm going to miss Felix's first start of the year .
Same here. im going to miss the 1st start as well.
Im going to predict an A's win since the M's are 2-0 since picking against them
A's 2, M's 1

Didn't the M's put a cap on the # of innings Felix can throw in the season? I thought I saw that somewhere. I think the A's will bounce back tonight.
F-Her walks Kotsay to start the game off!
Ellis gets a single
The King looks impressive for the last three guys.

Circular logic aside, Mr Mims, you have yet to provide a single credible reason why you are, in fact, hot.
he wasn't that sharp overall with 4 walks and 1 HBP. He reached his pitch limit at 5 innings and then bullpen continued to walk the ballpark, too.
Sure, we ran into a red hot Blanton, but messing with the lineup like Grover did and inserting Bloomquist into the starting lineup then batting him 2nd(!) was borderline ****ing retarded. We took a red-hot Jose Lopez out of the 2 hole and the offense crashed and burned. Lopez has also been ice cold since.
And just looking at the box score (and Mateo's 6 BB's) I think he isn't ready to pitch here yet. Send him to the minors until he is in major league form. Bleh, and why the hell can't we get Petagine some at bats? He has one and ripped a HR off of one of the nastiest pitchers in MLB.
