I commend the Network on their choice! Its great to see the Network choose a West Coast team, a region that is ignored by ESPN. Matt Cain is slated to pitch that game so it should be a good one. Giants are making TV history!!MLB Network announced its Thursday Night Baseball schedule for April and May on Wednesday, featuring 16 clubs in its first eight live regular-season games.
The Network's first-ever broadcast will come April 9, when the Brewers face the Giants in San Francisco. The following week, MLB Network will air two games. The first will mark several debuts, as New York opens up Yankee Stadium against the Indians, and Bob Costas does his first play-by-play for the Network on April 16.
