Giants Lowry Expected To Be 100%

The Giants expect Noah Lowry to report to Spring Training without any physical restrictions in his elbow.
The San Jose Mercury News writes that a number of teams plan on scouting the left-hander's arm during camp. The most likely/rumored destination for him seems to be Chicago's south side in a Joe Crede trade, provided Crede also shows he's healthy.
I don't want Lowry to go if it gets us just Joe Crede. Crede's numbers aren't that much better than Feliz's and Lowry has been one of our best pitchers the past few disappointing seasons. I could see trading Lowry but it has to be for something a lot better than a guy with a .258 career BA along with a .305 OBP.
