    Giants @ Chicago

Sorry I am a day late but after my surgery I haven't had much strength or desire to stay online for that long.

Game one featured Lincecum doing what we want....sort of. He only gave up two hits and one earned run in 6 1/3 IP but his pitch count was 108. He walked five and had to come back in a lot of counts. He needs more control much like our other future ace Matt Cain. Tim struck out eight so he did well enough to get the win but the bullpen faltered again. Messenger gave up two runs in the 8th to give the Cubs a 3-2 lead and eventual win. Those runs were charged to Correia who had badluck letting a broken-bat single and hit-n-run get to him. Giants let one go!

Game two will have Bonds with Zito facing Sean Marshall. Zito has had a bad stretch of starts and Wrigley isn't the place to turn it arouns but let's hope he does.

It went successful but I am so drugged up all the time and hard to get around by myself.

Zito got things turned around in Wrigley after all as the Giants won 4-2 behind Randy Winn going 3-3. The Giants their asses pounded today 12-1 as Matt Cain actually deserved to lose one. He gave up six in four innings pitched.

That was one rocky outing for Cain. I was actually expecting Zito to get a loss and Cain to get a win...my bad. And your catcher Rodgiguez because of dehydration. Hope he gets better soon.

Glad to hear your surgery went well. I know exactly how you feel. The meds I'm on make me feel the same way.

Looks like the Giants will lose yet another one but more importantly Morris's trade value took another hit!! The one guy who could have given us something worth a shit in return has blown assholes in his last five starts! Might not be able to have a firesale

No come back, despite a great effort by Bonds 3-3 2 hr, 6 rbis and 3 runs. Giants lose 9-8

Oh please don't ever mention weed again!

Let's see...two more taters to tie, 3 more to win. He'll have to put those homers off for 3 days if he wants to tie and/or pass Hank while at home. If not, he'll be in Milwaukee, and I don't think they'll be too happy if he breaks the record there.
