Anything is possible! Lets hope he does!
GO GIANTS!!!!
Alou forgot what he said yesterday because it's today!
Now, now you are not getting any younger either!
6-1 Gaints ... borttom of 4...
1st Durham singled to right, Winn scored, Vizquel to second. 1-0
1st Sweeney grounded into fielder's choice to shortstop, Vizquel scored, Finley out at second. 2-0
2nd Palmeiro singled to center, Ausmus scored, Palmeiro out stretching at second. 2-1
3rd Sweeney singled to left, Vizquel scored, Finley to second. 3-1
4th Durham homered to center, Winn and Vizquel scored. 6-1
Make that 7-1 Gaints...
4th Feliz singled to left, Finley scored, Sweeney to third, Feliz to second advancing on throw. 7-1
And after blasting Durham today the guy slams a home run. Go figure.
What has gotten into Pedro Feliz lately? Every time I turn around, he's doing something big like hitting a two-run double or a monster homerun. I am very, very confused. He is supposed to be striking out and grounding into inning-ending double plays.
Its now 10-1 in the bottom of the 8th. Giants have scored in the double digits in every game this series against a very good team. Tonight they did it without help from Mr. Bonds. Feliz stays hot and Durham is getting in a groove. Morris will get a win and the Giants should sweep unless they have last night's Texas Ranger meltdown.
Feliz always has a streak where he goes deep into counts and makes pitchers make mistakes. Then for some reason he goes back to being himself and swinging at the first pitch and popping it up on the infield or GIDP's.Originally Posted by DirtyKash
Remember this is Feliz's first time as a regular and this year could be big for Pete. I think by years end we all will be happy with his play. FAITH people!
I love it. I return from a long trip and the Giants rise from the Dead! What MoJo!
Actually last year was his first year as a regular. He only missed 6 games last year. He played in 144 games the year before.Originally Posted by Bear
