Arkansas kept making me nervous, though.

Their defense is horrible (despite coming up big on that two point conversion)

They're lucky they have 2, maybe 3 RBs that could be the feature back for most college teams.

McFadden had some big runs, but how about Jones coming up big with the game on the line and McFadden on the sidelines

I was pissed when they had McFadden on the sidelines for that play.

You have arguably the best running back in college football sitting on the sidelines with the game against the #1 ranked team on the line?

But it worked out so I was stoked.

And Felix Jones is no slouch himself, he proved it on that play.

The last 3 plays of that game: McFadden with the big 1st down run, the fullback scores the go ahead TD and Felix Jones caps it off with the 2-point conversion.

The play of the OT period was the Arkansas CB staying on the inside of the corner route to pick that ball off in the end zone. On the 2nd TD that LSU scored, the CB got caught on the outside with no chance to make a play.

USC lost the #1 ranking to LSU through the polls, and then USC lost the #2 ranking by losing to Stanford.

Let's compare, shall we.

Total: 22-21

Now, Fresno State has played 4 Top 25 teams (Texas A&M, Oregon, Boise State, Hawaii), 3 of 4 were on the road (Texas A&M, Oregon, Hawaii). Hawaii has played 1 (Boise State) and it's at home.

39-27 Hawaii in the 3rd.......Brennan looks woozy as hell.........Hawaii is overrated.......

The argument I would still make against Hawaii...every big game they've had to deal with (Fresno State, Nevada, Boise State) were played at home.

Hey, I'll give credit where it's due, Hawaii played a great game and deserved to win tonight. I have no problem admitting that....

Hawaii's a very very good team and deserves a BCS bowl game like Boise got last year.........

They may get one, but I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't because of their strength of schedule.

I would be..........the BCS needs it's cinderella stories every year too.......Hawaii makes for the best one maybe ever, and this is Colts senior year.......

I would agree if this were College Basketball and the NCAA Tournament, but this is the BCS, the "We only care about major conference teams".
