    I don't know anything about this Jabara guy, but you might remember the O'Malleys as the owner of the Dodgers the last time they won anything.

    Why? The final 10 years of O'Malley's ownership sucked too. I remember Jose Vizcaino being our lone offseason acquisition following the 1997 season while the Padres traded for Kevin Brown in his contract year and he helped them run away with the division next year.
