It is the biggest reason......it's far from the only reason.....as I've maintained for years now
It is the biggest reason......it's far from the only reason.....as I've maintained for years now
But using the logic you've put forth the past few days about how this recent onslaught of home runs proves your case......it also proves your assessment of the personnel's ability to hit home runs wrong.
If all these home runs we've seen the past few days proves that it's not harder to hit HRs at PetCo than it is elsewhere it also proves that the Padres are chock full of home run threats.

PetCo is the hardest park to hit a homerun out of. Debate over and has been for a while. How it was debatable is mystifying!
Here's a post by someone not a padre fan in another forum out of the blue......no fence discussions were going on.....
The fences don't need to be touched. In the last 7 home games, 21 HR were hit between the opponent(10) and the Padres(11). Of the 11 HR hit by the Padres, Kouz hit 4 HR and and Agon hit 3 HR. The Padres hit 5 HR in today's game.
Someone else spouting off the same flawed logic as you on another forum doesn't make the logic any less flawed.

Oh no.......move the fences in......clearly when hit the ball simply wont leave the yard
Hey, I'm just glad that the Padres are one of the best home run hitting teams in baseball.
I guess the personnel doesn't need to be changed.
Now if they can only get some pitching then we'd be set.
