ROY rarely involves defensive prowess.........see Khalil Greene if needed during his rookie campaign.......

Kouz has been way too hot with the bat for them to bench him for a few too many errors.

No hot or not I just think it is doubtful he will win the ROY, too inconsistent. Ryan Howard was a stud pretty much the entire season.

Jaydawg........you said no way Kouz due to defense......now don't get away from the "why" you said he couldn't win........and all I've said is that he could get hot and be IN the ROY race......never said he WOULD win......and he COULD be in the ROY hunt IF he gets hot again
Correct me if I'm wrong, but Ryan Howard didn't play a full season when he won ROY. He was called up from AAA when Jim Thome went down with an injury, I believe it was 1/4 of the way or half way into the season.

Yeah right, would Cinn even consider that considering Hampson is a minor leaguer and Hensley straight up sucks this year? That would be bigger than the Texas robbery KT pulled off.

Hi all....even I didn't believe this rumor when I heard it reported on 1090, mostly because Ben Maller of Fox Sports had reported that when the Angels had called Cincinnati about him, the Reds had asked for a major league starter, major league reliever and position player. Now, if they haven't backed off that request, why would they only take Hensley and Hampson for Dunn? PFF and I talked about this deal and he made a good point, there could be another team involved in this deal....I've got a call out to my source at a CBS affiliate, so we'll see what he turns up.
