    Alan Embree to DL, Cla Meredith called up

    Apparantly Embree hurt his groin in the 10th last night and is now on the 15 day DL

    Cla Meredith was called up to take his place.

    Cla Meredith... I remember when he pitched for Boston last year. 7 earned runs, 4 walks, and a home run in only 2.3 innings pitched. 27.00 ERA. He sucked

    How is Alan Embree doing this year? He was with Boston too.

    Embree has been doing pretty good.

    Meredith came up for about a week earlier in the year, shortly after the trade that got him here, I think he pitched well, but i'm not 100 percent certain
