Noone is going to say the whole team is playing well because we all know that's not the case. But they have been winning, regardless of who isn't hitting. Greene, Blum, Barfield and Bellhorn got the timely hits that this team needed and it's gotten us on a little roll. Let's enjoy this ride.

oh yeah, my expectations for this offense really weren't that high to begin with, to be perfectly honest. (did think they'd do much better than they have been as a whole, however)

Piazza might be a hall of famer, but his skills have severely declined. don't expect him to finish above .240-.250 this year, book it. Roberts isn't even that good of a hitter, he's just really quick and steals bases, but his hitting is .260-.270 at best

Hey.......this is my opinion as well.......and IMO they are NOT FIRING ON ALL CYLINDARS...... simple as that.......I don't think I ever said you're "wrong", which means I'm not condemning your ideas, just that I don't agree with your take......and I think this team should be hitting far better than they are........even during the streak.....
