    Tampa Bay Needs

    An emergency 1.0 starting pitcher who makes 300K and can at least post a 5.00-5.50 ERA and a makeshift bodybag for Freddy Almeda.

    I don't have much middling prospects to match Swanson's ratings. I might have traded Homer Spearman for him, but I just traded Homer earlier.

    As the recent development report shows, Nelson is finished. I don't have a Carfax report on Wallick, who had a fine brief 2016 callup, but the fact that he is back to sucking in AAA indicates that he lost ratings.
