Looking for a solid hitting infielder, whether it's at 3B, 2B, or SS.

2.5 star LF/RF Clint King, 6 7 5 10 6

2.5 star SP Carlos Zambrano, 10 5 6, 2.33 ERA right now
or
2.5 star SP Fred Ginter, 6 7 8, 4.21 ERA right now

3.5-2.5 star MR/SP Jose Diaz, 9 5 7, who's struggling now but in his only full season, he posted a good ERA. And he throws really hard too. lol.


Zambrano would be easier to get, since he's younger than Ginter, but he is straight up winging it out there right now. Prolly will only move one or the other. I would also move any of the above for prospects.


For a cheap fill, I'll move Jose Morales, Christian Snavely, Kevin Jepsen, Carl Crawford and/or John Rheinecker. But they can go for anything...

I'd be willing to move B.J. Upton(2.5 star), but just want prospect(s) in return. his contract isn't that overwhelming at 4 mil(until 2017), and he plays short and third(poorly)... he is about a .270 hitter, light power, decent speed, decent obp.

I'd mainly be looking for a prospect or two if interested.

I wouldn't be opposed to dumping Upton's contract... I could take Crawfords contract off your hands if you wanted as well if you'd do Diaz/Crawford for Upton(and maybe a lower level prospect or something).
