I'm not sure if I ever sent offer for FA Sim 3, I know that a few guys that I wanted are signed(in my minor league system).

Does that mean that they're signed or do I have to redo their offers?

As long as I still have Victorino and the other FA signings I had, then I am good. Baltimore would have done all it needed to do in FA with the last signing of Victorino
