TSSL was a good league. Prov, you did a nice job. Miss those Mets.

I'd love to see if I could finish my reds rebuild with my enhanced OOTP knowledge
I don't know about that.
My boy Howie! Wooo. I loved some of the contact hitters I had in that league. Resch, Kendrick, that GI Joe guy. Then I traded for a guy off the Cubs who had high contact ratings, either a C or 3B.
I loved having Davila and Villegas at the same time even though it never won me anything, they were incredible non made players.
Marshall: MILSWANCAs?
Ted: Wait, I can get this. Mothers I'd like to sleep with and never call again.

I can't remember the GI Joe, but it was a high draft pick from when Crazy ran Anaheim for a few seasons. Halifax? Halis? Howel? .....

Resch got traded to Oakland. Villegas and Davila are still on the Cubs.
It was Charles "Wraith" Halifax IIRC. I'd have to check. Hold on. He won a WS with Anaheim and then left as FA for Cincinnati (6 years at over $12 mil per; career .844 OPS).
The computer fails. Much like Crazy did. I remember he wasted money on the unproductive Prince Fielder. Pfffttt.
Another fave was the one prospect I made when I ran TSSL with the super power and speed (or was it defense?) but terrible eye and contact. A lot of my favorite players ever to have in a sim league came out of TSSL to be honest. KEndrick, Davila, Resch, Eric Brooks, the guy I had setting up to Eric Brooks, Oliver Queen, there was a nice hitter I got off of Nick's giants, Halifax... but I can't even remember any starting pitcher I had. Hah.

Any TSSL rebirth might be by invitation only lol
