As with most major league changes, the league will vote and the action from that will be the course we take.
Should rejected deals be posted to a sub-forum of transactions with an explanation as to why they failed? These threads would be closed and not up for discussion but it would help to identify common trends of what kind of deals are failing as well as potentially opening up for new offers from other teams. I think in the S3SL there is also a misperception that deals are often rejected and I think last year we had 4 or 5 at the most rejected (I have serious doubts that even 5 were), so this could perhaps show that deals usually fly through.
I don't want to have a discussion to the discussion, just a yes or a no on the issue. We need at least 16 votes on either side for this to happen, votes will be public to ensure we have only S3SL votes, and if we don't hit 16, we won't do it.
