Ok, who gets the first pick, Philly or Houston? I sure hope it's Philly for a lot of reasons, both objective and subjective, but I can't tell based on last years standings. Can you?

If I ran the league, Philly would be #1 because Houston continuously falls in that "tanking" manifesto, at least boarders it.

But I am not. That's why you make a 2 person list just in case.

Also, seasonal warning, if you have no money or are in the red, it is recommended that you:

A. Having someone pick for you
B. Attend the draft to pick for yourself

Otherwise, the computer has a tendency to pick a player that is not worth a top pick just due to the high signing bonus of the top tier talent in a draft. Just as an example, pretend Chicago White Sox had 0$ for cash, or maybe they had -5 million in cash. The odds are that despite being in the top five for the draft, they could wind up with a middle of the tier talent that would normally go in the middle of round 1. It has happened before. San Diego, under management before Impossibles, suffered this fate multiple times. Basically it's your responsibility to pay attention to your team, not Mission's.
