The forum clock is off, I know. You have to have your offers in by 9 PM forum time, not real time. Why? Because you will post here. I am posting this at 9 PM EST forum time, so 24 hours from now (9:28 and about 30-45 seconds) you can post your offers.

Here is the deal, you can sign anyone left either by posting a dollar figure to offer (a max offer) or simply saying to me to sign them for what they demand at 1 year. ie:

SP Jose Rijo 1 year at 5 mil (If he wants 4.5 mil, he'll be signed at 4.5 mil, if he wants more, you'll be rejected.)

The situation here was confusing, it confuses me. As it seems many of you thought the starting time was 9:00 PM for real, that's where I started signing from. Probably not the most fair way, but I also thought if I made all those null and void, only the night owls would benefit.

dang I sat on mine for a half hour to wait for the whole 9pm server time or site time. Oh well. Ruvcalba will just have to learn patience at the MLB level.

Keep the discussion off of this please, I don't want to scroll through the discussion to find the offers. I know it sucks for guys like you and Dam, but the situation wasn't an easy one. I should of went with my gut instinct and just opened it at a random time, no waiting.
