You will be able to make offers (only one year offers) on Saturday ONLY once the sim is uploaded and I give the ok. It's first come first serve and if you send your offers before I make the post, your private message will be deleted.

Also, if you offer lets say Miguel Tejada 1 year at 1 mil and he rejects it but I have an offer he will take right after that one (before your new offer to him), he will be signed to the other offer. In other words, I answer the messages from earliest to latest so don't be surprised if I tell you that he rejected and you send a new offer in but it's too late.
