S3SL 2021 Free Agency: Round 4 (5/21 at 9:00 PM EST, FCFS)

First come, first serve.

This period will start tomorrow at 9 PM EST (which I am doing so most of everyone will have a fair chance as it's past the standard 5 PM work day on either coast.) The only rule is to simply offer to those that you need, not to players you plan to spin to another team down the road or to fill your minor leagues up until you release them a few (game) months later. Make an offer in the same format as before, 1 year deals only.
