It balances a pretty awful FA class this year. A lot of good players retired.

Basically that was my intention. Boosted FA's really haven't helped to balance the league all that much and this should help a bit as the worst of the worst have a chance to snag a few guys who could play at a high level right now as a franchise player. Then everyone else, even down to 30, will still land a pretty choice player.

I still have more work to do on the class though. I was working a bit too much on getting the new layout in this morning and forgot to finish it up.

Genaro Valle progressed nicely for me, although I'm not sure how 7-8-7-7-6 with 6 speed and 9 range constitutes a 5.0 spect.
