Two pitchers for me, Ruperto Cabrera is a lefty I can use for my pen and Philip Padro may end up as a starter for me since I don't have any better choices since I missed out Vaughn (by 500K) and Tucker (by 2.5 million)

Gents, It looks like my Agosto deal will fall through due to the other team signing a FA. He is available with the maximum allowable financial assistance from Philly, which is 6 million.

My computer was near the point of crashing, so once the free agent signings were generated I had to shut it down. I will upload later tonight and we will likely sim out the rest of free agency from tomorrow until Saturday. Once free agency is all said and done (including the final free for all period), I could be taking a break given the work that I've been putting in on the forums, classes and here. Although, I might be tempted to get the first sim or so out of the way next week (last week of classes before spring break) and then taking a break, we'll just have to see though.

    Un freaking believable

Well... this all bides well for my losing this year.... because I sure as hell amd not spending top league salary money on a 3 star pitcher... I thought offering 10MIl was overpaying, but I had interest and ungodly money... and the to top that off, my cheap offer to patel was about quintupled...

    un freaking believable

Seriously though, I NEVER like to spend alot of money. But I need some peices for me to even begin to compete. Its obvious in 2 years, Patel will probably be worthless, but meh if I can get to .500 this year it will be worth it. But Spending money is the only way to get people to come to this bottom feeder Mets team...

I offered Patel that kinda money too.. just not in multiple years. You're still an icehole, stealing Saucy from me.

And uh, yeah, gotta agree with Saber. Completely.

Lmao, Richard Tucker gets nearly as much money and years from free agency as Michael Davidson, who was a decent signing for SF, I suppose.

I really expected Vaughn to sign for more than that.
