New Brewers and Royals GMs

I pretty much know who is active and inactive so I thought we would bypass the GM Check-In for another season.

erb8472 is taking over the Brewers.
redsrbetter is taking over the Royals (as McKain dropped out but will remain on the TC.)

Also, I am planning to finalize any trades that haven't been processed yet and update the site this afternoon/evening. Free Agency will start tomorrow and I hope to have details later tonight (if I have the energy, I will send a league wide PM to notify everyone.) This consequently means that trading is closed for now while we complete FA (you can send in trades if you wish, but they might not be voted on if it looks financially questionable with the amount of cash you have out in bids on FA's.)
