The game starts 0-0, and X Team gets the lead. That DOES NOT COUNT. Team X must lose the lead to Team Y, and then Team Y must lose it back to Team X

Team Y scores 2 runs (1-2, lead change #1)
Team X scores a run (2-2)
Team Y scores a run (2-3)
Team X scores 2 runs (4-3, lead change #2)
