Element: Refill's coming, and just assume the loan shark has terminal cancer and dies around October, not collecting (I may institute that as an option later)

What I suggested at the start was to just keep note of the loans and have them deducted at the end of the season (prior to the playoffs) to get everyone back on the same playing field. Of course this is Fish's game to run, but that is an option to consider I suppose if there is any uproar about this later, as Fish has mentioned in this thread that collecting is something he could change his mind about later.
