If you want to throw a weird movie one out there, how about a Top 32/64 movie lines/monologues. I know AFI did a Top 100 list, and there are plenty of great movie lines and speeches out there.

Best sequal sounds intriguing.
Did someone suggest movie lines? That's a good one but for me it'd be ulta difficult to make up a list. I'd need a lot of help there.

Best lines would be tough, because a line out of context has no where near the effect that it did in the movie.
Pulp fiction has dozens of great one-liners, but without the context of the scene, it loses effect, especially to someone who's not as familiar with it.
BTW: I still say pick a specific genre and do a tourney; but maybe that'd be better over at the NFL board.
Hell, that could keep you busy for months. Comedy, Action, Horror, Crime, Thriller, Drama, Romance (do that one here), etc
But the truly best lines make you remember the scene and the context... it is inherent....Originally Posted by Lynch
