Unfortunately the site was down for one of the, well, it was by far the most eventful day of baseball early into the 2012 season. Perfect game, literally 3 or 4 NY/Bos games wrapped into one game, and a bevy of aces having mixed results. Nonetheless, we are back, ready to kick it forward once more.

Yesterday I took to Facebook to pass the time away. You really don't realize what you have until it's gone, and while many of you jump around forum to forum for baseball, this is my only sanctuary for the game. Hell, I tried to jinx Phil Humber on Facebook and a football forum, but alas, they didn't have the "power".


Most of you know by now that we have both a Facebook page and a twitter page, and our Facebook page is actually synced with the twitter page. I'm wanting to increase activity and awareness for the Facebook page, especially if the forum ever goes down again, so that we have an interim placeholder. If you're on Facebook and aren't a member of the page, just "like" us..

What I really want from you guys is ideas for the cover photo. Well, more than ideas.. I am looking for entries. Original ideas, creations and photos you have taken while you have been to games for example. You can create something using Matt Stairs, or any player. I will use all entries in a rotation as a I change the cover photo every so often. And if you create something with the BS logo, I will even consider using it as the Facebook avatar.

To submit entries, just post them on the Facebook page.
