I'll probably do some over/under stuff in the next few days or so, but this was a question I was asking myself.
None of these things may happen, but it's just a speculation thing, what's MOST likely to happen.
The Pirates finish .500 or better.
The Pirates finish in last place.
Pedro Alvarez hits 25 home runs.
Gerrit Cole or Jamison Tailon make their major league debut.
Evan Meek returns to 2010 form.
Erik Bedard stays healthy for 162 games.
Rod Bajaras and Clint Barmes prove to be valuable additions.
The Pirates trade Starling Marte for a 40 year old pitcher making 10 million.

Them finishing last, in my opinion, is the most likely option.
Evan Meek returning to 2010 form was a close second.

Worse than Houston? Okay. I respect that opinion, just had to ask.
I'll take Barajas and Barmes. I think the Astros will not only be last in the division but the league.
I went with Barajas and Barmes, mainly Barmes. No way the Pirates finish in last place, Cole and Taillon are too far away to make their debuts and Marte isn't going anywhere. If Alvarez is healthy, I can see him belting 25 homers. That would be my second choice.
I was really struggling with this one...I think I'm going to go with Pedro hitting 25. 2010 form was really, really good for Meek, so I'll let that one go. I highly doubt Barajas or Barmes turn in to anything, I figure Chase D'Arnaud and Mike McHenry are regulars by midseason there.
The only problem with Pedro is, what will Casey McGehee's role be? Platoon? Replacement if he has a slow start. It's tough to pick, as well.
And we naturally love him.
Marshall: MILSWANCAs?
Ted: Wait, I can get this. Mothers I'd like to sleep with and never call again.
Barney: Circle gets the square!

Barajas or Barmes will be key for.. whichever Major League team trades for them later this season.

I'll suit up DirtyKash at shortstop over Ronny Cedeno, though. It's not hard to be an upgrade there, and you don't even have to be viable addition to be better.
I'd even settle for Generalissimo over Cedeno
