Dejan Kovacevic, of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, reports Pittsburgh Pirates OF Jason Bay has taken responsibility for the ball that fell between him and OF Nate McLouth Monday, March 31, which allowed the Atlanta Braves to tie the game with two outs in the ninth inning. "I take the blame," Bay said. "I should have caught that ball. But I thought maybe Nate had called it sometime while running in."
