Ryan Madson won despite yielding four runs and 10 hits in five innings versus the Rockies on Wednesday.
The Rockies had three runs and five hits in the fifth before Luis Gonzalez grounded into a double play to end the inning. Madson gets the Marlins next, so he should be active in all formats.
David Bell went 2-for-4 with a three-run homer off Colorado's Jason Jennings on Wednesday night.
Back-to-back two-hit games have taken Bell's average from .218 to .254. Abraham Nunez has been about as bad as anticipated, so Bell's full-time job should be secure
